1. Hygroscopic caking.
Potassium hydroxide is packed in double-layer bags. If the seams are not fast enough or tight enough, the products are easy to absorb moisture in the bags and affect their quality. For this reason, the original single seam is changed to double seam, and the packaging personnel are required to check the clamping, sewing and other processes, so as to achieve a great degree of air isolation, greatly reducing the occurrence of loose sealing caused by caking problems.
2. Affected by temperature.
The temperature of KOH is determined by the cooling water flow of drum and the rotating speed of drum. The volume of circulating water, the temperature of circulating water, whether the nozzle in the barrel is blocked, and whether the barrel is scaling directly affect the product temperature, and seriously affect the uniformity of the mechanical cutting temperature. After cleaning the nozzle, clean the scale in the barrel, increase the volume of circulating water, and reduce the product temperature from 63c-66c to 58c. By reducing the cutting temperature, the caking can be reduced.
