King II. Food grade sodium pyrophosphate (anhydrous)
Uses: Used as quality improver, emulsifier, dispersant, buffer and chelating agent in food processing. It has the characteristics of condensation phosphate, obvious chelating and dispersing effect and anti-flocculation. It can prevent the oxidation of fat and the viscosity of casein. When the PH value is high, it can inhibit food spoilage and fermentation. Mainly used in the processing of meat and aquatic products, it can improve water retention performance and keep meat fresh and tender, stable natural pigments. It can also be used in starch manufacturing and other condensed phosphate compounds. Sodium pyrophosphate 0.5-3 is generally added in food processing, and the highest addition is 3% in aquatic products processing.

Uses: Used in food industry works quality improvers, PH regulators, nutritional supplements, emulsifying dispersants, fermentation aids, adhesives, etc. Mainly used in pasta, soymilk products, dairy products, meat products, cheese, beverages, fruits, ice cream and tomato sauce. Add 3-5 in food processing.
用途:用于食品工业作品质改良剂、PH调节剂、金属离子螯合剂、粘合剂、膨胀剂。在豆类、罐头、豆沙馅料中可稳定天然色素，保持色泽;能使油脂在罐中乳化，保持质地均匀;用于肉类罐头和肉制品中，可提高保水率，防止脂肪变质。加入啤酒，澄清白酒，防止浑浊。是一种水质优良、无沉淀的软水剂。它在水产品加工中具有保水、膨胀和漂白作用。六偏磷酸钠在食品加工中一般添加3 ~ 5‰，水产品加工中高添加量为3%。
Uses: Used as quality improver, PH regulator, metal ion chelating agent, adhesives and expansion agent in food industry. It can stabilize natural pigments and maintain color in beans, canned beans and bean paste fillings, emulsify oils and fats in cans and maintain uniform texture, and improve water retention and prevent fat deterioration in canned meat and meat products. Add beer, clarify liquor, prevent turbidity. It is a water softener with good water quality and no precipitation. It has the functions of water retention, expansion and bleaching in aquatic products processing. Sodium hexametaphosphate is generally added to food processing by 3 to 5, and the maximum amount of sodium hexametaphosphate is 3% in aquatic products processing.
Uses: Used as starch modifier, anti-turbidity agent for juice beverage, water-retaining agent for meat processing, adhesives, chelating agent, water softener, dispersant, ice cream, cheese and other dairy stabilizers in food industry. It plays the role of adhering water-retaining agent in aquatic product processing. It also prevents food discoloration and vitamin C decomposition. Generally, 3-5 is added in food processing, and the highest amount is 3% in aquatic products processing.
6. Phosphoric acid
Uses: Used in food industry as sour agent, nutrient starter, bread baking, fruit and vegetable canned water retaining agent, inhibiting microbial growth, prolonging shelf life; used in beverages, juices, cocoa products, cheese and edible oil. It can be used for cheese flavor emulsification and acidification.
Function: Combining with antioxidants, it can prevent the oxidation and rancidity of animal fats and their products, such as lard, and can also be used for sucrose refining. Generally, 3-5 is added to food processing.
7. Trisodium phosphate (anhydrous)
Uses: Used as buffer, emulsifier and nutritional supplement in food industry; used flour as raw material to prepare alkali water. It can also be used for saccharin refining and starch production, as well as detergents for food bottles and cans. Food processing generally adds 3-5, the highest amount of 1%.
